2. What data we process

Quettor is open access and does not require registration to browse the catalogue. We process:

• An anonymous identifier (UUID) tied to your browser, used to remember your Likes and saved Signals without needing an account.
• Email and password, only if you register as a member.
• Technical connection data strictly necessary for the Site to function (see Cookie Policy).

We do not process special categories of data and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Providing the service (displaying the catalogue, remembering your Likes/Saves, managing your member session) — performance of a contractual relationship or legitimate interest in the basic functioning of the Site.
• Managing a member account (email and password) — performance of the contractual relationship arising from membership.

4. Retention

The anonymous identifier is kept for as long as you don't clear your browser's cookies, for a maximum of 12 months. Member account data is kept for as long as the account remains active, and is deleted upon the user's request unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

5. Recipients

Data is hosted with infrastructure providers (database and hosting) acting as data processors under contract, and is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes. No international transfers take place outside the European Economic Area other than those that these infrastructure providers may require, always under adequate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection through the contact channels provided on this website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with applicable law.
